Luke Palmer is a classically trained chef with more than two decades of experience in some of the UK’s and Europe’s most respected kitchens. Beginning his career in humble surroundings, he progressed through formal apprenticeships and NVQ qualifications before entering the world of fine dining.
His pursuit of excellence led him to rosette‑awarded restaurants and Michelin‑starred establishments from Surrey to Suffolk, Wales to the Lake District, Switzerland, and his home county of Yorkshire.
Luke has since brought precision and creativity to 4‑ and 5‑star hotels, private chef experiences, luxury weddings, and curated tasting menus. His time running a cookery school deepened his commitment to hospitality, teaching, and crafting experiences that feel truly personal.
Everything I do is about making people feel part of something. Whether it’s a fine‑dining menu, a relaxed barbecue, or a hands‑on cooking class, my goal is always the same: to create food that brings joy, experiences that feel individual, and moments people remember.
